As an RN, I chose the conventional treatment when I was diagnosed with my autoimmune disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis. 

It helped me manage flare ups but I knew I wanted more for my life. 

I wanted to feel my best again.

I wanted to be as healthy as possible and have kids. 


So I decided to try a holistic approach with eating a non-inflammatory diet...

And I struggled so much- I was on and off with my diet.

I felt so stressed in life.

And I experienced horrible flares as a result.


I felt so overwhelmed by diet and lifestyle changes and couldn’t figure out

how to feel well long term. 


Everything changed when I learned how to manage my brain. 


With life coaching, I learned how to have thoughts and emotions that allowed me to consistently take care of myself.

I began eating in a way that I truly enjoyed AND drastically decreased my symptoms.

Managing my brain also allowed me to get out of chronic fight or flight, completely eliminating my pain I had for years.


Since then, I have been symptom free from my autoimmune disease for 6 years, while bringing 3 beautiful boys into this world. 


In 2019 I became a certified wellness life coach and AIP coach and have been helping autoimmune women feel their best

with diet and lifestyle changes.

You are confused on how to listen to your body and make adjustments as you heal. 

You feel isolated and don’t want to heal by yourself. 

You don’t want to choose between feeling good or enjoying your life- you want both!

You need to follow a simple plan for decreasing inflammation that allows you to be consistent.


Next, you need to maintain feeling your best with a life you absolutely enjoy.

Here is how we will do it:

Healthy Salad

Step #1

We will create your own way of eating that allows you to feel your best.

Following the AIP protocol, we will gradually eliminate inflammatory foods and increase nutrient dense foods. Next, we reintroduce as many foods back into your diet as possible. You will have your own non-inflammatory diet that allows you to feel your best and eat as many different foods as possible.

Step #2

We get your body out of fight/flight mode and into rest/digest.

I will teach you how to manage your thoughts and emotions so you can show up the way you want to in life while creating safety in your body. This step is so important- when your body knows you are safe, it will be able to rest, digest, and heal autoimmune inflammation.

Step #3

We create a healthy lifestyle that maintains decreased inflammation

We will support your body’s healing with healthy habits like high quality sleep, a healthy circadian rhythm, decreased toxin exposure, beneficial exercise, as well as troubleshooting and solving any remaining symptoms.

Step #4

We create a life with autoimmune disease you absolutely love.

This is the key to feeling your best for the rest of your life. I’ll teach you how to be the person you want to be and live the life you want to live. When you love what feeling your best looks like, continuing to feel your best is inevitable.

Here is what this looks like:

Weekly Coaching

  • Our group of 5 ladies will meet weekly on zoom. 

  • We will follow our simple step by step plan together- preventing and solving for any confusion and overwhelm along the way.

  • I will coach on strategy, mindset, and any challenge that could keep you from feeling your best. 

  • You will receive all the accountability, support, and celebration you deserve as you feel better and better. 



  • We will also use a private facebook group for support in between coaching sessions. 

  • This is where we check in with each other, celebrate successes, share recipes, ask for support, and cheer each other on. 

Added Resources

  • Workbook: a hard copy full of done-for-you resources and guides to support you as you take simple action without guesswork

  • Short video modules that break down diet and lifestyle topics we will coach on.
