Hi, my name is Laura Clowdus.

As an RN in my early in my 20’s I began suffering physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I was diagnosed with my autoimmune disease, Ankylosing Spondyltis, and learned that the conventional methods of wellness simply did not help me feel the way I wanted to.
​
So I began a journey of healing myself.
​
I learned how to heal physically and eliminated all of my autoimmune symptoms.
​
But along the way I realized that improving myself mentally and emotionally was the key to changing my health and life for the better.
​
That has allowed me to easily maintain feeling my best and bring 3 babies into the world, something I never thought I could do with my autoimmune disease.
​
I became a Certified Wellness Life Coach in 2020 and have since helped many autoimmune women feel their best using diet and lifestyle changes.
And my clients have all said the same thing: They feel so much better physically…but learning how to feel their best mentally and emotionally has created massive improvements in all areas of their life.
They have referred friends with and without autoimmune disease to work with me.
And now I am expanding my coaching program (beyond just autoimmune disease) to help more women who want to improve their health and life.

Life: We create clarity
We look at your life as a whole and who you are as a person. We get clear on what you want and map out what you need to do. We look at your purpose and create passion for it.
Health: We focus on nutrition
Your way of eating is essential to the health and life you want. We will create an individualized way of eating you will enjoy that allows you to feel your best.

Life: We create peace with your past.
We will look at all the events of your life up to this point. And we will create meaning about your past that is going to serve your life now and in the future.
Health: We regulate your circadian rhythm
We will balance your 24 hour hormones and create a way of sleeping that serves your body so you can get all the rest and healing you need as you work on your life.
month #3
Life: We emotionally heal
Throughout your life, you have been hurt mentally and emotionally in many ways. We will heal these wounds and forgive yourself and others, releasing the weight that is holding you back.
Health: We regulate your nervous system
We are going to create safety for your body so it can leave prolonged fight/flight and return to its natural state of rest/digest. We will manage your anxiety and help you feel much more calm, in control, and confident.
month #4
Life: We create your new identity
We will focus on the relationship that you have with yourself and focus on thoughts and emotions you want to have that will align with the results you want in your life.
Health: We will balance your hormones
We will take care of your female hormones no matter what stage of life you are in. This includes lifestyle habits to promote a healthy menstrual cycle or menopause.

Life: We heal your relationships
You can’t control other people but after you heal yourself, you are able to show up as the person you want to be no matter what anyone else does. We will strengthen and heal your relationship with your significant other, friends, family, and others.
Health: We help your body detox
We will help your body naturally detox to help you continue to feel good and stay healthy.
month #6
Life: We will design your future
At this point you are going to be living the life you want. Now, we will design what you want going forward and implement changes now so you can guarantee what you want for yourself in the future.
Health: We will create your routine
Your overall success in life is determined by your ability to spend your time on what is important to you. We will create a morning and evening routine that serves you. And we will manage your time so you can have enjoyable consistency without burnout.
In 6 months you are going to:
- Get rid of limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
- Create the possibility to have the results you want in your health and life.
- Live your life according to who you authentically are, not what others want.
- Love your way of eating and how it makes you feel.
- Feel so much more calm and confident.
- Heal from hurt from your past.
- Have thoughts and emotions that support the results you want.
- Know how to handle difficulties and negative emotions in a way that serves you.
- Feel rested and energized.
- Have improved relationships that serve you and others.
- Manage your time the way you want to.
- Master long term consistency and eliminate being “on” and “off” good habits.
- Achieve the goals you have been wanting to achieve: like losing weight, getting in shape.
- Peace that comes from self awareness and knowing how to handle the positive AND the negative.
- Be proud of who you are and how you live everyday.
- Be excited about the rest of your life.
What this looks like:
Weekly coaching sessions:
- We will meet for 1 hour in a private zoom call every week (24 total calls).
- We will create a personalized plan with specific results you want in your life.
- You will get all the guidance, accountability, and support you need along the way.
