Here is how we will do it:

Step #1
We will create your own way of eating that allows you to feel your best.
Following the AIP protocol, we will gradually eliminate inflammatory foods and increase nutrient dense foods. Next, we reintroduce as many foods back into your diet as possible. You will have your own non-inflammatory diet that allows you to feel your best and eat as many different foods as possible.

Step #2
We get your body out of fight/flight mode and into rest/digest.
I will teach you how to manage your thoughts and emotions so you can show up the way you want to in life while creating safety in your body. This step is so important- when your body knows you are safe, it will be able to rest, digest, and heal autoimmune inflammation.

Step #3
We create a healthy lifestyle that maintains decreased inflammation
We will support your body’s healing with healthy habits like high quality sleep, a healthy circadian rhythm, decreased toxin exposure, beneficial exercise, as well as troubleshooting and solving any remaining symptoms.

Step #4
We create a life with autoimmune disease you absolutely love.
This is the key to feeling your best for the rest of your life. I’ll teach you how to be the person you want to be and live the life you want to live. When you love what feeling your best looks like, continuing to feel your best is inevitable.
